ANBF Springmania – Natural Bodybuilding Show in Massachusetts
The ANBF Springmania is a premier natural bodybuilding show in Massachusetts, now promoted by Bonnie Lefrak of Stage Ready Promotions. Originally founded by Nancy Andrews, the event grew out of the Novice Northeast Classic before evolving into a full-scale Pro Qualifier.
Known for its athlete-first atmosphere, Springmania quickly established itself as a spring-season highlight on the natural bodybuilding calendar. It gave first-time competitors a stage to shine while also offering advanced athletes the chance to earn pro status.
When Nancy retired from promoting, she entrusted Springmania to Bonnie Lefrak, ensuring the event would remain rooted in integrity, professionalism, and opportunity for athletes. Under the ANBF, Springmania continues to carry forward Nancy’s vision, providing a welcoming yet highly competitive stage for natural athletes across New England and beyond.
